Pros: They've actually had pretty solid funding rounds, which is good for job security. As a Software Engineer, the core software development projects feel stable. It's not a 'hire and fire' kind of place like some other startups out there.
Cons: It's still a startup, so things can shift quickly. I've seen teams get restructured, which always makes you a little nervous about your job security. Career growth for engineering roles isn't always super clear, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Keep the team more informed about long-term company plans, especially for remote employees. Clearer paths for career growth would really help with employee retention and overall morale.
