Pros: The best part is definitely the product itself; you feel a sense of pride working for a heritage brand making quality wellington boots. The team environment on the factory floor is usually very supportive, and there's a real sense of camaraderie. Good opportunities to learn different aspects of the production line and develop skills.
Cons: Communication between departments, especially regarding production schedules and material flow, could sometimes be a bit clearer. Occasional long hours during busy periods, although overtime is compensated. Some older machinery could benefit from upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
