Pros: As a Data Analyst here, I've found the hybrid work model decent. You get two days working from home, which is a nice perk for a corporate tech company. The Seattle office is pretty good too, but that WFH is key.
Cons: Full remote isn't really an option for most teams, which is a bummer. Sometimes the 'flexible hours' just mean staying late to meet deadlines, especially for urgent data analytics projects. It's not truly flexible beyond the hybrid setup.
