Pros: I really grew my skills fast in the legal tech space. The team in the London office is super collaborative, and the projects are genuinely interesting for software development. It's a great place to pick up new tech.
Cons: Job security is a real concern here. Being a startup, there's always that worry about funding and layoffs, which isn't great for peace of mind. Product direction can shift quickly, making long-term planning tough.
Advice to Management: Management should try to be more transparent about the company's financial health and provide a clearer, more stable roadmap for product development. It would help ease employee anxiety.
