Pros: The best part about working at FlyForm is definitely the work flexibility. Being able to work remotely has been fantastic for managing my personal life. The team I work with is collaborative and supportive, making day-to-day tasks enjoyable. There's a good sense of camaraderie, and people are generally willing to help each other out, which makes tackling challenges easier.
Cons: While flexibility is high, sometimes project timelines can feel a bit rushed, especially during critical release cycles. I've also noticed that while leadership is present, more consistent communication about long-term strategy and individual career progression paths would be beneficial. It can sometimes feel a bit unclear how to advance within the company.
Advice to Management: Focus on establishing more defined career ladders and provide regular, transparent updates on company vision and how individual roles contribute. This will help employees feel more secure about their long-term prospects.
