The shifts can offer some flexibility, allowing for a decent work-life balance if managed well.
Cons: Sometimes, especially during peak production periods, the workload can feel intense and tight deadlines mean things can get a bit stressful. Communication from upper management about changes or upcoming projects could be more proactive; we often hear about things last minute. It would be beneficial to have clearer pathways for career progression beyond just the shop floor.
