Pros: The best part about my time at Termgrid was definitely the hands-on learning experience. As a software engineer, I got to work on diverse parts of their CLM platform, which really accelerated my technical skills. The team was supportive and always willing to help each other out, making it a good collaborative atmosphere to grow in. It's a great place to build a foundation in enterprise SaaS development.
Cons: While career growth opportunities were present, the path wasn't always clearly defined, and sometimes promotions felt a bit slow or dependent on specific project needs rather than consistent performance. Additionally, during peak development cycles or before major releases, the workload could become quite intense, occasionally blurring the lines of work-life balance. Streamlining some internal approval processes could also help improve agility.
