Pros: I really enjoyed the autonomy and flexibility that came with working at Tracker. As a remote employee, I felt trusted and was able to manage my workload effectively. The team I worked with was fantastic – very collaborative and always willing to help out. There were also good opportunities to learn new technologies and expand my skillset in the SaaS industry.
Cons: While the team collaboration was strong, sometimes communication across different departments could be a bit disjointed, leading to minor delays. The path for career progression, while present, could be more clearly defined to help individuals set concrete goals. Some project timelines could also get quite intense during peak periods.
Advice to Management: Consider formalizing career ladders and development plans more explicitly. Improving cross-departmental communication channels would also streamline workflows and reduce potential bottlenecks.
