My colleagues in England were always supportive, making complex engagements more manageable. The company culture here definitely fosters teamwork.
Cons: Sometimes the workload can be quite demanding, especially during critical project phases, which is common in management consulting. This can impact work-life balance temporarily. Also, I think internal communication about upcoming firm-wide initiatives could be a bit more consistent to ensure everyone feels fully looped in.
