Pros: The best part of working at Tritility was definitely the people. My colleagues were fantastic – genuinely helpful, down-to-earth, and always willing to lend a hand. It felt like a real team environment, which made coming to work enjoyable. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, especially within the Jarrow branch. The company's mission in renewable energy is also a definite plus; it's rewarding to feel like you're part of something positive.
Cons: While the people are great, the internal processes and systems sometimes felt a bit clunky and could lead to inefficiencies. This occasionally meant tasks took longer than they should or required extra effort to navigate. Better integration or updates to some of the software used would be a big improvement. Some aspects of project management could also be more defined.
Advice to Management: Invest in updating and integrating key software systems. Streamlining workflows will boost efficiency and employee satisfaction significantly, especially in operational roles. Continue fostering the great team spirit.

Pros: The best part of working at Tritility has been the team and the overall mission. My colleagues were genuinely great to work with – always willing to lend a hand and collaborate. There's a real sense of camaraderie. Being in the solar energy industry is also a huge plus; it feels good to contribute to something positive for the environment. The company offers a decent work-life balance for an office-based role, especially given the nature of project deadlines. Opportunities to learn about solar
Cons: While there are many positives, there's definitely room for growth in certain areas. Communication could be more streamlined, particularly between departments. Sometimes decisions felt like they came out of nowhere, and clarity on company-wide strategy would be beneficial. The pay and benefits package, while adequate, isn't the most competitive I've seen in the industry, especially considering the effort required. Career progression pathways could also be more clearly defined; it's not always
Advice to Management: Focus on enhancing internal communication channels and providing clearer roadmaps for career development. Investing in more competitive compensation packages would also help retain talent. Streamlining inter-departmental workflows and ensuring adequate resources are available during busy periods
