The team is super collaborative, offering support and a great environment to learn about natural stone and client relations. Management is quite understanding, which allows for decent work flexibility. It's a stable company.
Cons: While generally good, busy periods, especially around quarterly targets, can really spike the workload and make the work-life balance a bit tougher temporarily. The approval processes for certain client requests can sometimes be slow, which occasionally delays sales. Also, clear paths for career growth beyond my current Sales Associate role could be better defined within the stone supply business.
Advice to Management: Consider streamlining approval workflows to improve efficiency during peak sales periods. Also, clearer outlines for career progression and internal training programs would be beneficial for employees looking to grow within the company, especially in sales.
