Staying Put is a domestic abuse and sexual violence charity working across Bradford. We support women, men and children.
Through strong partnerships with the West Yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner, Safer and Stronger Partnership Boards, the Domestic and Sexual Violence Strategic Boards we assist in achieving the objectives of the Domestic and Sexual Violence Strategies.

Pros: The work flexibility here is truly outstanding, which is perfect for a Software Engineer. Cons: While communication is generally good, sometimes during peak project phases, coordination across different time zones can be a bit challenging, leading to minor delays in decision-making. Also, I'd like to see more formalized career progression paths for individual contributors within the technology sector, as it's not always clear how to advance without moving into management roles.
Advice to Management: Continue to invest in tools and strategies for asynchronous communication to smooth out cross-timezone challenges. Also, develop clearer, alternative career progression frameworks for technical individual contributors.
