Pros: The biggest plus for Scope is definitely the mission. You genuinely feel like you're contributing to something important, working in the disability charity sector. My colleagues were fantastic – dedicated, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. The Cardiff office has a friendly vibe, and I appreciated the flexibility I had with my working hours, which really helped with my work-life balance. Being able to work a hybrid schedule was also a great perk. The training opportunities provided
