Through our Early Careers Programme, we support high-potential young people who face systemic barriers to access the training and opportunities they need to transition successfully into the workforce.
We also work directly with employers to source talented young people for entry-level roles, create brilliant early talent programmes and deliver meaningful, skills-based volunteering opportunities.

Pros: The biggest draw is the genuine work flexibility. Being able to work remotely most days as a Project Manager really helps manage personal commitments. The team environment is generally supportive, and there's a sense of camaraderie. I've also appreciated the opportunities to take on varied responsibilities within the tech sector.
Cons: While flexibility is great, sometimes communication across remote and in-office teams can be a bit of a challenge, leading to minor delays. Career growth can feel a bit organic rather than structured, so you need to actively seek out advancement opportunities. Some processes could be streamlined for better efficiency.
