Pros: I've been working as a Data Consultant here, and the remote setup is fantastic. It's great for work-life balance; you can really manage your own schedule. For data analytics roles, the WFH option lets you skip the commute entirely.
Cons: Sometimes client deadlines mean long hours, which can mess with that flexibility. It's tough to feel connected to the team sometimes when everyone's remote. There's less spontaneous collaboration than you'd get in an office.
