Pros: Working here as a Software Engineer has been a great experience. I really appreciate the supportive team environment; everyone's always willing to help out. There are solid learning opportunities too, which is fantastic for career growth in the tech industry. Plus, the pay and benefits package is competitive, making it a stable place to work. We get decent paid time off and the health coverage is pretty good. It's an encouraging place to develop your skills.
Cons: The biggest area for improvement would probably be some of the internal communication flows, especially for fully remote team members. Sometimes information trickles down a bit slowly. Also, the approval process for larger projects can feel a little bureaucratic and time-consuming, which occasionally slows down our sprint velocity. It's nothing major, but streamlining these things could really help efficiency for this software development firm.
