Pros: As a Frontend Developer, the work is always there. There's plenty of project variety in the fintech industry. Our hybrid work model is pretty flexible, which is a big plus.
Cons: Being a startup, it can feel a bit up and down. They had some layoffs recently, which makes you wonder about job security. There isn't always clear long-term direction from leadership.
Advice to Management: Communicate more clearly about the company's financial health and future plans. It really helps ease employee worries, especially in a startup environment.
