Job description

- Accident reporting and investigation procedures

- Gove rnment and company laws and regulations relating to transportation

- Vehicle care, maintenance, pre-trip & post-trip inspections

- Coach and counsel drivers in case of violation on PPE compliance or as per findings of on road observations ( speeding)

- Driver Management (drivers training, driver summon with JPJ, GPS monitoring, checklist verification)

- Vehicle management (traffic summon, breakdown, repair and service, etc.)

- Record management (all relevant records/documents)

- Risk Management (emergency response plan, HIRARC, etc.)

- To liaise with authority’s agency such PDRM, SPAD and JPJ during any accident.

- Support logistic admin job

Responsibilities: 

1. Possess in-depth knowledge of all aftersales processes, including workshop operations, parts sales, warranty services, and general service activities.
2. Responsible for overall management of service operations and administration in accordance with policies and procedures set out by the company, distributors, dealers and the relevant authorities.
3. Ensure the Distributors / Dealers Centre operations is efficient and cost-effective.
4. Analyze market potential and identify market trends to make informed business decisions.
5. Apply management and strategic tools and methods, such as market analysis, SWOT analysis, budget planning, resource allocation, and goal setting.
6. Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the aftersales department and the annual aftersales budget for the company.
7. Establish department objectives aligned with company KPIs.
8. Ensure timely submission of all aftersales reports to the company.
9. Develop strategies for expansion and process enhancements to drive service excellence and profitability.
10. Be open to fulfilling additional duties as requested by management or the company. 

Requirements:

• A minimum of a diploma in Business or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Head of Aftersales Manager in the automotive industry.
• A background in mechanical, technical, or engineering fields is preferable.
• Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English is required due to the nature of the business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Initiative, proactivity, and results-driven mindset. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin.
• Strong relationship management and influencing abilities. Effective planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
