Lument, the combined company of RED Capital Group, Lancaster Pollard and Hunt Real Estate Capital, provides comprehensive capital solutions for multifamily, affordable, seniors and health care real estate through its affiliated companies. Lument provides its clients, which include both tax-exempt and for-profit organizations, private equity backed firms, REITs, investors, and lenders, with a full suite of financing and strategic solutions. This includes mortgage banking, a variety of direct balance sheet lending options, private equity, investment banking and mergers and acquisitions.
The FP&A team provides direct support to the senior executive team in the areas of planning, forecasting, reporting and strategic analysis. The Associate is a key member of the FP&A team. In addition to supporting the budgeting/forecasting and management reporting activities, s/he is involved in various ad-hoc and strategic projects that drive executive level decision making.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support compensation planning and administration.
Support financial planning and analysis related to the firm’s various business segments.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting.
Collaborate with business users to define process requirements and create and customize financial reporting according to business needs.
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets.
Support the execution of the Budgeting and Forecasting process as necessary.
Support ad-hoc and strategic projects.
Work professional and harmoniously with teams across the organization

Education, Skills, & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required. CPA or MBA a plus.

Highly proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with EPM and ERP software preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in real estate, financial services sectors preferred.

Trading Desk Analyst: Person will support the Agency CMBS Trading Desk in their daily market analysis & commentary and will be heavily involved in the pricing of new deals, have ownership of post trade process, maintenance of internal pricing models and surveillance of risk controls, as well as perform adhoc projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

In this role, you will support the Resident Engineer in overseeing the activities of the office engineers, construction inspectors, and administrative/project personnel. You will monitor contractor’s work for compliance to schedule, budget, technical specifications, and code requirements for projects for New York City and the State DOT. This position requires an effective team leader who can mentor project team members and foster a working environment where a culturally and diverse project staff can work cooperatively to deliver the project on-time and on-budget. As Deputy Resident Engineer you will also be lead for nighttime work operations, support the RE and interface with the contractors.
Responsibilities include:
Assist in the daily resident engineering responsibilities
Coordinate the work, and be responsible for ensuring all project deliverables are in conformance with the technical specifications of the contract
Resolve design and field construction problems, attend progress meetings and reports on project status. Expedite design and field changes. Review contractor requests for change, and when appropriate, assist in the preparation of contract change orders/modifications.
Communicate to the contractor construction techniques and changes where necessary to enhance job safety
Review contractor as-builts for compliance with contract documents
Participate in construction progress meetings, readiness review meetings, third-party coordination meetings, design coordination meetings and other construction meetings. Draft up the meeting minutes
Participate in all submittal review, RFIs, claim reviews and responses
Monitor and report on construction progress, and participate in meetings
Ensure compliance with applicable quality programs

General Summary
Essential Job Accountabilities
Communicate with Foremen and Superintendent to learn about field construction operations and to provide support.
Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, inspectors, & the local community.
Assist with the Project Environmental, Health, Safety requirements.
Assist the Project Engineer with approving time cards in HeavyJob. Ensure all equipment and employees are accounted for on timecards.
Assist with verifying quantities in FIS (Field Information Systems) and log quantities for cost and revenue tracking.
Assist the Project Engineer with generating and distributing daily cost reports (trucking, labor, equipment) to the Project Manager, Foreman & Superintendent.
Assist with the completion of daily reports documenting both Granite Construction and Subcontractor activities.
Place necessary material orders, survey requests, locates, etc.
Maintain a to-do list and diary.
Assist with the calculations of yields of materials used such as concrete, aggregate base & asphalt.
Tour jobsite daily with the Project Manager or Engineer to verify quantities claimed are correct and to stay current on overall job progress.
Additional responsibilities as needed.
Education
High School diploma required and a minimum of 2 (two) years of education from an accredited institution of higher learning such as a college or university

Work Experience
Previous construction experience is a plus

General Summary
Essential Job Accountabilities
Review and make changes to the daily materials dispatch to ensure the correct materials are being delivered to the correct locations and customers.
Ensure all trucks entering facility tare weigh across scales prior to receiving a load of aggregate and/or asphalt concrete to make sure the site is in compliance with the State of California Weights and Measures guidelines.
Utilize the JWS system to ensure trucks are assigned to the proper customer, order location, product, and tare weight prior to loading, and to verify correctness after the order is filled.
Verify that loaded trucks are loaded correctly (i.e. not exceeding weight limits) to ensure compliance with the State Weights and measures regulations.
Utilize and review the dispatch menu to ensure that the correct number of trucks that were ordered by the materials dispatcher, have in fact showed up at the plant to load; add any new orders as they are received.
Maintain ongoing communication with plant foremen and loaders to ensure timely loading of customer’s trucks.
Assist the materials dispatcher with material orders when needed to ensure customer needs are met.
Prepare and deliver various reports to ensure company policies are met.
Perform routine upkeep and housekeeping duties to ensure the facility maintains a clean and professional appearance.
Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience
Commercial or retail sales experience preferred
Knowledge, skills, and abilities
Knowledge of materials business.
Knowledge and experience with Hot Mix Asphalt Plants preferred.

Strong understanding of federal, state and local laws, policies and procedures.
