Experience and Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience as an IT personnel or related industry

Duties and Responsibilities
Support and administer network and applications including troubleshooting on any technical issues remotely and/or on-site
Evaluate causes, implications of problems, ascertain glitches and identify possible solution options
Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses
Support and administer outlets CCTVs, POS system, receipt printers, routers, etc
Compile and prepare reports regularly
Travel to stores for support when needed
Setting up, managing and maintaining IT-related equipment for new workstations or stores
Update and maintain Policy & Procedures for the IT Department
Keep updated with latest technology and security risks
Any other IT adhoc duties that may be assigned from time-to-time

Our client attends school Monday to Friday so the shift times are based around this - 14:00-22:00 during the week, 10:00-22:00 at the weekend, plus 22:00 - 10:00 sleep on call nights Friday and Saturday.
We are looking to recruit a small team of support workers for full or part time hours in NR11 8QA to support our sociable young lady who has cerebral palsy, associated intellectual disability, microcephaly and epilepsy.
This young lady enjoys tactile play and spending time doing fun activities. We are looking for support workers to assist her to do the things she loves - baking, crafts, riding her bike, visiting the zoo, going out for meals, cinema, bowling and zumba. She enjoys the company of happy people with outgoing personalities.
Our client requires assistance with all aspects of daily living as well as support with managing occasional behaviours due to her needs - sensory seeking, disorientation, anxiety. Due to our client requiring constant supervision she has two to one support. You will be required to undertake Safety Intervention Training.
Support Workers must be happy to drive our clients vehicle for the school drop off/pick up and trips out.
