Responsibilties :
- Conduct market research to identify interview & selling possibilities and evaluate personality needs
- Invite personality for an interview via various communication channels
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitation through networking & social media
- Schedule an interview appointment with the personality and conduct the interview base on BPH standardize questionnaire
- To conduct min 10 - 15 interviews monthly
- Product presentation & offering to the personality

The functions of SUHAKAM as set out in Section 4(1) are: to promote awareness of and provide education relating to human rights; to advise and assist Government in formulating legislation and procedures and recommend the necessary measures to be taken; to recommend to the Government with regard to subscription or accession of treaties and other international instruments in the field of human rights; to inquire into complaints regarding infringements of human rights. Furthermore, section 4(4) of the Act provides that regard shall be had to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 (UDHR) to the extent that is not inconsistent with the Federal Constitution. This means that whatever rights and liberties not mentioned in Part II but referred to in the UDHR must be considered provided that there is no conflict with the Constitution. The function of inquiring into complaints about human rights infringements is subject to the conditions imposed by section 12 of the Act. Section 12 empowers SUHAKAM to act on its own motion to inquire into allegations of infringement of human rights, in addition to acting on complaints submitted to it. SUHAKAM, however, may not investigate complaints which are the subject matter of proceedings pending in a court of law or which have been finally decided by any court. Such investigations have to cease if the matter being investigated is brought before the courts.

i. Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau Ijazah Sarjana dalam bidang Pengurusan, Sains Sosial, Undang-Undang, Hubungan Antarabangsa, atau bidang yang berkaitan dari Universiti atau Institusi Pendidikan yang diiktiraf oleh Suruhanjaya;
ii. Kredit Bahasa Malaysia (termasuk lulus ujian lisan) dan Bahasa Inggeris pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Suruhanjaya;
iii. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja berkaitan hal ehwal pentadbiran dan operasi pejabat serta pengetahuan dan kefahaman mengenai hak asasi manusia adalah merupakan satu kelebihan;
iv. Mahir bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris; dan

iii. Memiliki Kepujian (sekurang-kurangnya Gred C) dalam Subjek Bahasa Melayu pada peringkat Pentaksiran Tingkatan Tiga/Penilaian Menengah Rendah atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan atau Suruhanjaya;
iv. Berkebolehan memandu, mengendali dan menyenggara kenderaan berkenaan yang diliputi oleh skim perkhidmatan ini.
v. Berumur tidak kurang daripada 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup iklan jawatan; dan

The functions of SUHAKAM as set out in Section 4(1) are: to promote awareness of and provide education relating to human rights; to advise and assist Government in formulating legislation and procedures and recommend the necessary measures to be taken; to recommend to the Government with regard to subscription or accession of treaties and other international instruments in the field of human rights; to inquire into complaints regarding infringements of human rights. Furthermore, section 4(4) of the Act provides that regard shall be had to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 (UDHR) to the extent that is not inconsistent with the Federal Constitution. Kelayakan:
i. Ijazah Sarjana Muda (Kepujian) atau Ijazah Sarjana dalam bidang Undang-Undang, Sains Sosial, Hubungan Antarabangsa, atau bidang yang berkaitan dari Universiti atau Institusi Pendidikan yang diiktiraf oleh Suruhanjaya;
ii. Kredit Bahasa Malaysia (termasuk lulus ujian lisan) dan Bahasa Inggeris pada peringkat Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) atau yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Suruhanjaya;
iii. Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja sekurang-kurangnya 10-15 tahun dalam bidang pengurusan, kewangan dan sumber manusia serta pengetahuan dan kefahaman mengenai hak asasi manusia;
iv. Mahir bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan Bahasa Inggeris; dan
v. Mempunyai ciri-ciri kepimpinan yang tinggi dan mampu bekerja secara berpasukan di bawah penyeliaan yang minima.

i. Menguruskan hal ehwal pentadbiran dan kewangan serta kawalan belanjawan Ibu Pejabat dan Pejabat Cawangan secara keseluruhan;
ii. Mengawalselia operasi Bahagian Pengurusan dan Kewangan serta Bahagian Sumber Manusia;
iii. Menguruskan dan mengawal peruntukan geran tahunan serta memastikan pematuhan terhadap tatacara dan pekeliling semasa yang berkuatkuasa;
iv. Membangun dan menyelaras penyediaan dasar/polisi/tatacara/peraturan Suruhanjaya berkaitan pentadbiran, kewangan dan sumber manusia;
v. Mengurus dan merancang keperluan sumber manusia;
vi. Mengurus dan menyelaras laporan berkaitan pentadbiran, kewangan dan sumber manusia kepada pihak-pihak berpekentingan;
vii. Menyelaras mesyuarat jawatakuasa tetap dan ad-hoc berkaitan pentadbiran dan kewangan serta sumber manusia;
viii. Menyelaras penyediaan laporan aktiviti bahagian yang berkaitan untuk Laporan Tahunan SUHAKAM;
ix. Melaksanakan Workplan tahunan dan Plan Strategik SUHAKAM.
