• Accounts receivable: Record payments, prepare statement of accounts
• Accounts payable: Prepare and record payments, record suppliers' invoices and expenses
• Tax: Quarterly GST filing, year end filing, ensure timely tax payments
• Perform periodic data backup
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in microsoft excel
• Knowledge in Autocount will be beneficial
• Well organised and able to work independently
