Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced education professional to lead the sales training and enablement programs for our sales organization.
As a startup within the world’s largest retailer, we are quickly developing new ad tech and internal tools and systems. You will play an integral role in ensuring Walmart Connect salespeople, have the knowledge and skills be successful in their position.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Job Description:
Position Purpose:
The research assistant (RA) will assist in conducting a project that involves studying how green space is associated with sleep and mental health in children. The study involves working with children in order to assess their exposure to green spaces, sleep behavior and mental health through the wearing of devices and administration of surveys. Work activities will involve traveling within Rhode Island to perform data collection visits with participants and their guardians either at their residence or neutral off-site locations, conducting in-person or zoom-based research qualitative interviews, programming and administering surveys, managing participant compensation, and aiding recruitment efforts through flyer distribution and collection, and social media management. The RA will be required to have their own transportation and will be compensated for the mileage.
Major responsibilities include:

Education and Experience

Job Description:
The research assistant (RA) will assist in conducting projects that involve studying patterns of alcohol and cannabis use and related behaviors (e.g., driving under the influence) among adult heavy alcohol and cannabis users. The studies involve the collection of data in the natural environment using smartphone applications, Geospatial Monitoring devices, and wearable alcohol biosensors. Work activities involve managing recruitment; conducting in-person and zoom-based research sessions and qualitative interviews with study participants; participant tracking and retention; programming remote data collection measures; managing online surveys and datafiles; traveling within ~25 miles of Providence (or RA’s home) to deliver study materials to participants or conduct brief assessments at participants homes or neutral off-site locations; and managing participant payments. The RA is expected to collaborate with project staff to maintain variable directories and other project documentation, conduct library research as needed, and assemble materials for IRB modifications and progress reports. The RA will be required to have their own form of transportation and will be compensated for the mileage.
