Job Description:
Handle account payable duties.
Assist in planning of cashflow and bank reconciliation
Prepare GL
Accurately handle invoices, payment requests, and reimbursement claims within the specified timeframe.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
Ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
Min 1 to 2 year of relevant working experience.
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar AP-focused role.
Experience in AutoCount/Xero is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (specially MS Excel).
Self-motivated, resourceful, and persistent in problem-solving and task completion.
Immediate or short notice candidate will be prioritized.

Working Location: Sungai Kadut.
Working Days & Hours: Mon - Fri (9.00am - 6.00pm)
Alternate Saturdays (9.000am-12.00pm)
