This position is located under the Office of Field Operations, Kansas City Field Division in Kansas City, Missouri.
As a Executive Assistant, GS-0301-10, your typical work assignments may include:
- Coordinate and perform a variety of administrative and management services essential to the operations of the field division to include, but not limited to the processing of personnel actions, training coordination, logistics, property, space, records and files, printing and graphics, mail, travel, office equipment, as well as performance of activities involving a wide variety of processes and methods.
- Develop administrative processes and procedures to facilitate more efficient and effective operations and providing guidance and assistance to the SAC/DIO.
- Participate extensively in the management of the field division office to ensure administrative practices and procedures used by field offices are consistent with those of the SAC/DIO and the Bureau.
- Make travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, and works closely with individuals to be visited on all administrative details.
- Ensure that the SAC/DIO have the necessary information papers, read-aheads, trip books, speeches, etc., required for trips.
Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume.
