Responsibilities:

• RFQ for mechanical, electro-mech commodity; per customer specification or propose alternatives
• Quote Leader for assigned customers, responsible for cBOM submission
• Cost reduction and alternate sourcing program for new and existing projects
• Supplier base management covering Quality, Delivery, Cost and Contract finalization
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for First Article Approval
• System set up for approved parts and suppliers
• Project management
• Able to read technical drawing / specifications
• Contribute to the company risk management process in accordance with your position and duties / responsibilities
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics/Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point,
• Preferably with Oracle and/or SAP module knowledge
• Basic electrical / electronic components knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing on electronics and mechanical parts
• Responsible obtain quotation and negotiate with suppliers
• Responsible follow through purchase requisitions
• Responsible prepares detailed estimates of time, parts usage and cost analysis
• Responsible prepares service parts planning
• Working closely with sales department to understand our customers current and future technical requirements
• Propose innovative and cost-effective solutions to meet intended business objectives
• Provide documentation and reporting support to Service department

Requirements:

• No Experience Required! Fresh Graduates Welcome!
• Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma/ITE in relevant engineering field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good document and report skills
• Proactive with good initiatives, problem solving and analytical ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in MS Excel)
• Extensive knowledge of the semiconductor IC market and various electronic applications is advantage
