Purpose:

Assist the Sales & Business Development Manager in daily operations, providing administrative support to ensure efficient and effective departmental functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from order taking to shipping.
• Handle all sales documentation accurately and on time.
• Ensure cost efficiency in transportation and document handling.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP.
• Coordinate with packing and warehouse staff for timely deliveries.
• Manage credit limits and overdue payments.
• Provide timely sales updates and reports.
• Support ISO 9001:14001 compliance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and international shipping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers.
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
• Cross-sell products.
• Ensure racks are fully stocked.
• Manage returns of merchandise.

Job Responsibilities:
 

• The staff will directly report to the Head of Sales & Township Marketing on daily sales and marketing activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the sales and marketing department.
• Marketing Tasks – To assist in implementing various promotion and sales activities programs to promote the company’s products i.e., Residential, Commercial, and Industrial development to the target market such as Sales launching, roadshows and etc.

• At least (3-5) Three to Five-year of working experience in a related field especially in the property industry – Residential, Commercial, and Industrial developments.
• Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in another language especially Mandarin is preferable and will become an added advantage
• Computer literate and familiar to use MS Word & MS Excel - Candidates who know to use IFCA software will be an added advantage
• Candidate must be Independent, multi-tasking and willing to work at minimum supervision, and has great organizing skills and meticulous work.
