YOU WILL PLAY IMPORTANT ROLE IN
- Recruitment, selection and placement of manpower requirement in SDP as according to approved personnel requisition.
- To lead, supervise and monitor job performance of subordinates.
- Responsible for the administration of company benefits and welfare programme for all staffs such as leave/medical/uniforms etc.
- To be responsible for updating and computation of employee personnel records such as personal file, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination etc.
- Responsible to create and maintain Prosoft system in a proper way to support attendance management and payroll computation.
- To conduct exit interview for resignation and highlight to the management on any special issue if deemed necessary.
- To handle staff disciplinary issue, grievances and counseling in operational level.
- Delivers progress reports and analysis to the Human Resource Manager as appropriate.
- Oversee Safety, Health, Environment and Training section
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
- Possess a Safety Officer green book is an advantage.
- A hands-on person with minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HR, EHS, Training Section in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Analytical problem solver with demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment while working independently to resolve critical issues.
- Possess excellent supervisory and people management skills.
- Strong leadership ability and social skills towards cross-functional teams.
- A team player who is meticulous, hardworking and able to multi-task.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
