土地測量師

· 能夠熟練、準確地使用經緯儀和電子全站儀

· 負責和點之間的距離。

· 準確指示土地標高、產權界線、土地等高線以供開發、劃分土地或許多其他用途。

· 執行從放線到編制竣工測量計畫的所有測量工作。

· 進行施工放線和邊界測量。

· 維護施工放線和邊界測量。

· 維護和儲存活動項目的圖形檔案。

SITE ENGINEER 

• To Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated projects
• To work closely with Project Director / Project Manager 
• To ensure that aims, goals and objectives were accomplished in accordance with outlined priorities, time limitation and funding conditions.
• To arrange the FTD Test with consultants and to follow up the FTD Report after the test is done and you are require submitting the report to the client / consultant via email.  
• Require good in writting skill in english. i.e to reply letter from client/consultant/sub-contractor / authorities  regarding any issue for project site. 
• To update the RFI and file all correspondence accordingly. 
• To be responsible for all correspondence letters / memo to the Client/Consultant and local authorities when required. 
• To monitor construction work programs in order to achieve timely completion with quality delivered. 
• To manage and supervise all subcontractors.

LAND SURVEYOR 

·         To able to use theodolite and Electronic Total Station skillfully and accurately 

·         To be responsible and distance between points.

·         To accurately indicate land elevations, property lines, land contour for                             development, to divide land or many other purposes.

·         To perform all surveying work from setting out to the preparation of as-built                    survey plans. 

·         To perform construction strake-out and boundary surveys.

Job Description:

• Responsible for ALL M&E Construction Activites on Site reporting to Project Manager .
• Manage construction activities and progress independently.
• Able to understand M&E drawings, specifications and requirements.

Roles and responsibilities

The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations. He/She manages the progress of the project and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. He/She must have good communication skills to liaise with the various stakeholders.

- Coordinate with relevant parties to manage progress of the project to meet project schedule.

- Lead team to manage project operations, schedule and specifications.

- Manage operational costs to keep costs within the budget.

- Manage site document filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) standards.

Qualification
