Essential Responsibilities:

• Independently manage day-to-day governance of numerous legal entities across multiple jurisdictions, including preparing resolutions, attending board minutes, keeping directors and officers up to date.
• Engage with governmental authorities and agencies to execute compliance filings to keep entities’ registrations and licenses in good standing.
