In addition to regular passenger transport you will also operate charter flights for FIFO workers and corporate clients. You will be trained confidently to manage a variety of emergency situations, and expected to deliver an exceptional inflight service to our customers and ensure the highest level of safety onboard.

We are searching for a skilled Head of Safety, Quality and Security who masters fostering relationships inside and outside businesses and has proven experience influencing complex stakeholder environments.

Reporting to the VP of the Airborne Solutions Business Line within Leidos Australia, you will operate in a high-paced environment leading and managing the Aviation Safety, Quality and Security across Airborne.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the Aviation Safety, Quality & Security strategy to support a safe, efficient and compliant operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Aviation Safety, Quality & Security department, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices. 

• Driving initiatives to target zero harm, enhance safety and quality compliance, and strengthen security measures in support of our specialized airborne missions. 

• Collaborating with senior leaders in Leidos Australia and the US on aviation safety, quality, and security matters. 

• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Health & Safety, Quality, and Facilities & Security, to support corporate objectives.

Job Scope

• Sales of Aviation cleaning chemicals
• Managing and maintaining relationship with Principal Account
• Service & maintain good customers’ relationship with existing accounts
• Managing in-direct sales channel & resellers under your account
• Opening of new accounts / exploring new business opportunities
• Handling customer’s enquiry & requirements
• Performing pricing analysis
• Inventory management
• Maintenance of customers’ database
• Delivery presentation at customers’ visits
• Weekly & monthly submission of sales report & sales plan
• Sales collection & credit payment
• Need to travel to overseas – business trip
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or relevant discipline
• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in corporate sales role
• Experienced in Aviation industry or cleaning chemicals will be advantageous
