They are currently seeking for Customer Relationship Representative who will be responsible to create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing rapport with the customer, administering customer-focused programs, and processing orders in an efficient and accurate manner.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams in a fast-paced global work environment to ensure the timely processing of customer RFQ’s; spot quote follow up; purchase order review; and order entry activities.
• Manage all post-order administration activities (i.e. date changes, quantity changes, expedites, etc.), review open order reports and proactively resolve order holds for the successful delivery of products and services according to customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with other sales staff and often liaise with internal teams such as Product Management, Quality, and Materials Management regarding issues such as pricing, delivery, and terms to ensure the accuracy of quotes and to address customer inquiries and facilitate the timely and effective resolution of customer concerns and disputes.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers; develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers; and listen to understand the customer’s environment, influences, and challenges in the interest of building customer loyalty and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Perform other tasks and projects as required to meet customer and organizational needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience interfacing directly with customers in a B2B sales or service environment.

• Proficiency with ERP software and Salesforce or similar CRM applications
• Reliable, amicable, and professional team player, driven to provide outstanding service to customers
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills sufficient to write business correspondence and to converse professionally with customers, vendors, and internal personal

Job Summary:

The Customer Account Representative serves as the point of contact for multiple customers, including coverage for global customers. Attain or exceed pre-determined monthly/quarterly/annual revenue by maintaining highest quality and service standards. Develop new business through existing or potential customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Getting price quotations for both stock and non-stock items as per company guidelines. This may include sourcing, working with spreadsheets, and following up on quotes with purchasing.
• Handling customer claims with different departments like Accounting and Quality Assurance, including managing returns, determining the root cause of issues, and suggesting and implementing solutions. Also assisting with cash collection.
• Keeping an eye on open orders, spotting potential problems, and working with different teams to fix them to ensure timely delivery and meet performance goals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers, providing excellent service and quick responses to their needs.
• Negotiating prices, freight, and terms with customers, following company guidelines.
• Generating revenue by making both inbound and outbound calls and using persuasive techniques to encourage sales.
• Collaborating with the purchasing team to make inventory purchases that support major customers.
• Performing any other duties or tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

• 2-4 years related work experience (customer service, sales roles preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient knowledge in all MS Office (Excel Word, PowerPoint) applications

We are looking for highly independent and hands-on individual to join our operations team as CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE. You will be responsible for following:

Job Description:

· Permanent fulltime position, 5 days week

· Reporting to immediate supervisor in Operations

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

· Sales Order management:

o Sales and operational role on Customers’ orders, requirements and deliveries.

o Issuance of Sales quotations, Sales orders and Delivery orders.

o Ensure customers’ requirements and enquiries are executed and responded.

o Monitor and ensure timely deliveries to customers.

o Maintain good customer service relationship.

· Purchase Order management:

ALG has an opportunity as a Flight Crew Support Officer with our international airline client. This is a long-term contract position based in Singapore.

The candidate should be prepared to perform shift duties and be proficient in the use of PC, mobile devices and office software e.g. Word, Excel.

Prior experience in Operations in the airline industry / airport premises will be advantageous.

Considering that the staff may need to enter the transit area of the airport, he/she will be required to clear security checks.

The key responsibilities for the support staff will include:

• Managing inventory (including issuing, returning and fault reporting) of mobile devices/electronic devices;
• Housekeeping of devices and related accessories (including but not limited to cables, adaptors, charging carts);
• Attending to crew queries and performing administrative duties such as data compilation/preparation of reports; and;
• Handling device administration (including resetting and updating device/OS settings);
• Collecting or arranging for the collection of mobile devices and related accessories from crew arriving into Singapore (at any terminal); and
• Supporting the dissemination of eMemos and updated e-documents/notifications to crew.

During the lull periods, the staff may be called-upon to assist with the following:

• Supporting the serviceability for kiosk PCs and printers (including fault reporting and replacing consumables); and
• Other ad-hoc over-the-counter duties.
