Job Role

Provide administrative and backend support so that centres can operate effectively

Main Responsibilities

Management of dialysis chairs and medical fridges maintenance / replacement / disposal

• Main coordinator for dialysis chairs and medical fridges maintenance / replacement between DCs and vendors.
• Coordinate the delivery / receiving of new dialysis chairs / medical fridges to all DCs.
• Coordinate the disposal of dialysis chairs / medical fridges between DCs and vendors.
• Track and monitor the movement of dialysis chairs / medical fridges between DCs.
• Track and monitor the number of units of dialysis chairs / medical fridges to be replaced on a yearly basis and inform HOD to include in the following FY budget.
• Support the Executive / Manager to put up presentation slides and approval paper for dialysis chairs RFP.
• Work with Purchasing department (PUR) to get quotation of medical fridges and recommend the model to be purchased.

Name Stamps / Tags

• Liaise with all DCs regarding name stamp / tag ordering and to ensure the accuracy of the names provided.
• Liaise with PUR for the ordering, verify order received and to distribute name stamps to all DCs.

Disposable Ward Screens Management

• Liaise with all DCs regarding replacement and ordering of disposable ward screen.
• Ensure that all disposable ward screens are within the usable lifespan.
• Ensure sufficient stock on hand are kept at MST.

Ordering of medical consumables through Oracle

• Provide support and coverage to Executive managing the weekly / monthly order of medical consumables.
• Able to use the Oracle system for ordering and executing transfer orders.

Nursing Uniform

• Coordinate with appointed vendor to carry out measurement at all DCs.
• Send uniform collection slip to all new staff for uniform collection at the vendor’s warehouse.

Other Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to Peritoneal Dialysis Department.
• Participate in foundation and/or functional, DC activities and functions.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualification (Related Field)

Min GCE ‘O’ / ‘N’ Levels

Experience

• General office skills, especially in sorting, filling, retrieving and despatching of records
• Experience in healthcare environment will be an asset

Soft Skills

• Ability to multi-task, work independently and work in a team
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Office
