- Verify the accuracy of sale transactions and ensure they are correctly recorded on time.

We are looking for an Accounting Intern who will perform daily finance activities and maintaining accuracy of accounting and tax records.

What you will do:

• Coordinate with the team and perform daily finance activities, such as preparing financial documents.
• Liaise with Bank and responsible person for finance-related queries and discrepancies
• Coordinate with Auditor including preparing supporting documents 
• Liaise with TAX authority and responsible person for TAX-related queries including prepare supporting document
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

1. Accounting tasks

• Support in creating request to issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, etc.
• Support end-users on accounting related processes (payment, vendor creation, fixed assets, stock taking, tax invoice handling, etc.)
• Support in archiving and retrieving of accounting documents
• Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any)

2. Controlling tasks

• Prepare data consolidation for weekly performance report (sales, net working capital, etc.)
• Prepare monthly P&L analysis of company result
• Support in service recharging among Bosch entities
• Assist CFO with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports, etc.)

3. Ad hoc tasks to support department

The Accounting Intern will:
This position is position is part of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Office of Financial and Portfolio Management. As an Accounting Intern you will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting support and financial assistant duties which affect the accuracy and acceptability of accounting information covering the program and administrative activities conducted by DFC.

MAJOR DUTIES
The Accounting Intern will:

• Handles all aspects of vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursement requests and maintaining accounts payable files.
• Provides accounting and budget assistance in support of the accounting and budget functional responsibilities of the Department.
• Prepares, records, and reports on payroll expense related to DFC's bi-weekly payroll.
• Handles all aspects of cash receipts from public and federal sources, including entering and reconciling receipts, handling of queries regarding project-related receipts and maintaining relevant files.
• Prepares monthly Accounts Payable, Cash, and GAAP/SFFAS account reconciliations. Identifies reconciling items/differences, investigates the cause/source of the differences, and recommends corrective actions as needed.
• Generates monthly Finance Accounts Receivables, an DFC internal report and prepares adjusting entries as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned, helping when and where needed to ensure that accounting functions are completed.
