1. Financial Planning and Analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for board meetings.
- Conduct financial modeling and provide insights for CEO’s decision-making.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and review financial plans.
2. Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Processed donations - Tax-deduction Receipts (TDR) and Non TDR and submit to IRAS timely
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct internal audits to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
3. Payroll
- Manage payroll and submit to CPF timely.
- Update payroll in Info-Tech Apps.
4.. Cash Management
- Monitor cash flow, oversee fee collection, payment processing, and banking relationships to manage short term investment Fixed Deposit.
5. Cost Control and Expense Management
- Process and prepare disbursement of expenses and claims
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Procurement, implement cost control measures and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
6. Financial Systems and Processes
- Support two payment cycles per month for online banking transactions.
- Supporting the preparation for audit for financial year closing.
- Maintain and enhance financial systems and software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in financial systems.
- Streamline financial processes and workflows for efficiency.
7. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
- Liaise with auditor for financial statement.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management on Community Silver Trust fund projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues running various programmes and projects.
-Communicate financial information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
8. Administrative Roles
- Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Handling and getting ready room for board meetings, meetings with stakeholders
- Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation.
- Liaising with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning.
- Assisting Centre Manager and Executive Director in all day-to-day activities.
