About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Expert who has an entrepreneurial zeal in growing sales for our Digital Products and Services. You will be required to do the following:
· Understand the features and possibilities of various AI tools to effectively convey the benefits to potential clients.
· Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
· Develop strategies to expand our business and services to reach out to newer clients.
· Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
· Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
· Represent Addlly AI at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to raise brand awareness and establish a strong presence in the market.
· Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Role Requirements:
· 2-4 years’ of relevant work experience in business development and account.
· You should be a light bulb of new sales and business development ideas, and be able to take one for the team. We are looking for someone with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
· Should be driven and hungry to generate business leads and close deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must have.
· Able to manage time and chase clients simultaneously, with attention to detail.
· You should be able to sell our services to a range of companies - from startups to large enterprises. A strong network of potential clients and industry contacts in the region would be helpful.
· Have the social and emotional intelligence to close a tough business deal and should possess the perseverance to crack a deal in a new sector.
· Previous experience in Business Development or Media Marketing is preferred with a willingness to embrace challenges and adapt to a fast-paced start-up environment.
Qualifications:
· Prior Business Development experience and proven track record.
· Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
· Clear understanding of Digital Marketing and interest in AI.
· Clear Ideas for lead generation and conversion.
· Self-starter with growth hacking ideas.
