ONE WEEK COURSE
This begins with a 5-day long course with a first batch starting on Monday the 22nd of April 2024 and a second batch on Monday the 29th of April (for which you must be able to also attend on the 1st of May - Labour Day) and open for all approved applicants. This course is fun, but very intense. It is FREE of charge and it represents a LOT OF VALUE for anyone who would like to work in sales and business. Lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided for. After a week of training and evaluation we will know which position you are qualified for and any tasks you are more suited for, so that we may optimize your ability to succeed and contribute within our company.
We expect you to accept being hired in a position as an AE - Account Executive or SDR -Sales Development Representative if you pass the evaluation tests (even though there are no obligations from either side until an employment contract is signed). A diploma for a completed 1-week course will be issued upon request.
Course topics:
-Sales and product training - presentation skills, workflow, lead research, handling of objections and feedback, social skills, negotiation and client relationships.
-Basic knowledge - English, maths/computer skills, corporate praxis, cyber security/data protection, anti-harassment and anti-bribery/corruption.
-Music copyrights - licensing models, ownership structure, traditional music licensing, legal safety, music rights clearing, rights-management and the Epidemic Sound success story.
-Media landscape - the 4 kinds of media, categories of music users, customer categories and competition.
EMPLOYMENT TRAINING
Once you are fully employed, your employment will begin with a month of full-time training, during which you will be provided with the mobile equipment you need (Mac + iPhone) and fixed equipment by your office desk. During the initial training-month (only) you will earn half of base salary (represented by our investment into your training).
After the initial training-month you will be ready to procure business and visit customers, however, training will continue occasionally for another 1-6 months and throughout the employment whenever needed. During the first 6 months a senior will accompany you to customer visits, but after 6 months you are expected to be ready to visit customers on your own.
SALARIES
As you increase your client portfolio and maintain it well (customers are expected to stay year-on-year) you will benefit from a compound effect that allows you to build a fast increasing and stable income long-term.
Salary starts from 50,000-60,000 Bt/month depending on your qualifications and the size of the client portfolio you are entrusted with, and with an expected portfolio growth able to sustain more than 20% yearly salary increase on average across the initial 4 years (which in a 4-year perspective works out to around 120,000 Bt/month).
BE YOUR OWN BOSS
You can more or less "be your own boss" as your salary is linked with the revenues generated by your client portfolio. The greater the effort and success, the higher salary you will earn. Within our framework you generate and "own" your own business without the risk and admin involved in actually running your own company. Subject to our overall company strategies and policies it is an extremely independent job and you are required to be able to work on your own, but we also work as a team to evaluate and discuss customer proposals as well as developing our skill sets and our ability to solve problems with daily staff meetings over video (and Friday dinners and drinks at least once a month). We typically work from our office 3-4 days per week while at other times you may visit customers or work from home (once you are fully trained).
This position is based in Bangkok, Huamak area in Bangkapi. Working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Open for Thai citizens only.
