Supporting the operations and administrative activities at warehouse, the Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargo into and out the internal system according to customers specifications. Additional duties will include managing and filing all the necessary paper works, generating reports,cross checking information and general administration duties.
Job Requirements
*Malaysian Male or Female age 25-35.
*Qualification: Minimum SPM or Diploma.
*2-3 years of work experience in administration of 3PL warehouse facilities.
*Knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices is necessary.
*Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numeral skills.
*Have accurate and fast typing/data entry skills.
*Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)
*Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
*Have access to a reliable means of transport to North Port area.

You have the opportunity to pick up permanent shifts with penalty rates and 17.5 % leave loading on paid annual leave or work as a casual and take the casual loading of 25%. What we are looking for

A genuine caring nature with demonstrated tolerance, patience and empathy for the elderly in the community
Demonstrated experience in caring for the elderly and/or vulnerable individuals in a residential/ group home setting and/or community is desirable
Certificate III in Individual support or similar- talk to us about traineeships
Australian work rights
Willing to undergo National Police check OR NDIS Workers Screening check (for NDIS homes)

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid RSL LifeCare Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
