Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/Tele sales to join our corporate training team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the sale of our training programs to corporate clients.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within target companies.
- Understand client needs and objectives to effectively position our training solutions.
- Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of training programs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably in the training or education sector.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of our training programs.
- Highly motivated and target-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
