Responsibilities:
1. Draft and / or review legal documents / contracts related to the businesses of the Company, including agreements, correspondences and any other documents in relation to conveyancing, litigation, corporate and commercial transactions;
2. Conduct legal research and to keep abreast of new laws and regulations applicable to the Company and its businesses and advise the management on any potential legal issues / risks arising there from;
3. Review, recommend and/or develop policies, procedures or guidelines for the Company and/or its respective business unit s to ensure compliance with the new laws and regulations;
4. Liaise with external legal counsels/ consultants;
5. Act as the custodian of all legal documents and ensure proper filing of these legal documents;
6. Provide prompt updates and reports as may be requested by the HOD / management;
7. Ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned by the HOD/ management.
Specific Skills and Attributes:
1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a legal firm and / or as in-house counsel for the post of assistant manager OR minimum 3 years of working experience for the post of senior executive.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills with high level of integrity and confidentiality.
3. Analytical, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
4. Excellent command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Able to work independently and as a team player.

Was incorporated in Malaysia on 17th September 2007 by Mr. Richard Li, a young and dynamic entrepreneur. Hapond is the first company introduced inkjet printing technology in Malaysia. The company is also the biggest cum the oldest existing market leader in the industry as well.
Since its business inception in 2007, Hapond had introduced several innovations to the digital colour printing marketed under its own brand. Hapond has been at the forefront of colour digital printing business for over a decade, offering unique solutions for demanding applications.
The main application of our colour inkjet printing technology, inter alias, includes but not limited to various industries such as decoration industry, advertising industry, interior design industry, packaging industry, exhibition industry, leather and textile industry etc.

Job Responsibility :
1. Define and manage resource plan aligning to the project schedule
2. Plan and drive the project’s technical execution to achieve the committed scope and timeline.
3. Monitor and report technical execution progress as well as all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely manner.
4. Collaboration with customers to prepare technical specifications.
5. Interact with subject matter experts (functional & technical) to understand business requirements and technology architecture of the applications accordingly.
6. Assist in estimation of efforts and timescales for tasks delegated to the team.
7. Provide technical guidance and lead/develop team members.
8. Responsible for forward resource management, team building and staff career growth.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Sciences / Software Engineering / Information Technology.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in IT industry, with at least 1 year working experience as a Technical / Project Lead.
3. Ability to lead and co-ordinate multi-teams not limited to within the organization but also including customer, third party and etc.
4. Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Backup, Antivirus,
Virtualization Technology
5. Not necessary but good to have experienced on Google
Workspace, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Hyperconverged,
Firewall.
