- Responsible for supporting, maintaining and optimizing Infrastructure and systems operations
- Administration of various systems and applications related services, such as file server, e-mail, user account maintenance, server security such as patches or antivirus
- Stay on top of ERP system administations such as security setting, user access, dashboard management, data integration, storage management and all other related
- IT operations including routine backups, network troubleshooting & maintenance, server room equipment, office PC and peripherals maintenance
- Disaster Management; ability to proactively follow up with the IT team members & vendors to ensure a quick resolution to all incidents encountered
- Reporting of budget, cost, usage and inventory for all softwares & hardwares including trends and tracking as well as staying on top of annual renewal for subscription-based items (example: Solidworks, Inventor, Autocad, TeamViewer, etc)
- Implement strict IT policy and regular check to ensure compliance with regulations
- Taking care of company website including but not limited to periodic products, events & information update
- Support day-to-day operations and solve user issues related to PC, Laptop or any other IT equipments as well as provide training as deemed necessary
- Support company-wide for data automation including but not limited to excel formula/coding, macro programming in VBA language, API integration for cross platform data processing and others that may be instructed by the management to smoothen & simplify internal processes
- Keep abreast of latest technology in the market and proactively propose to the Management for continuous improvement
- Must be able to work independently and as a team to ensure a successful completion of tasks/projects
- Ensure IT documentations are kept properly
- To give ad-hoc support to company projects such as installation of router, CCTV, network infrastructure and others
