Job Description
· Coordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and effectively.
· Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with clients or consultants as well as technical and coordination meetings, project meetings, and internal project closure meetings.
· Resolve site problems proactively and promptly as appropriate.
· EnsUres the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
· Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects work and ensures proper documentation.
· Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping, and safety implementation on-site with safety personnel.
· Assists in cost control by reducing materials wastage, and usage of tools and equipment.
· Request and initiate orders of materials required for projects.
o Responsible for all activities related to ongoing & new projects to meet the final closure with customers.
· Any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
· Prior working experience in the Construction Industry.
· Knowledgeable in MS Office, and MS Project and able to read technical drawings.
· Team player and able to work independently.
