Responsibilities:

· Handle technical enquiries and follow up with customers’ request and prepares quotations.

· Provide technical and sales support / assistance to the Sales teams

· Handle a group of the customer account and prepare weekly sales report and generate other reports upon request.

· Understand customer’s needs, requirements, application and recommend products & services accordingly.

· Perform technical calculation and sizing of high pressure pump, valve and etc.

· Respond to customers’ enquiries such as quotations, order status, delivery schedules etc promptly.

· Maintain customer focus at all times and strive to exceed customer expectations wherever possible

· Regularly update customer data base and quotation status into SAP system and maintain Sales records.

· Develop a thorough understanding of company complete range of products and services.

· Any other duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements :

· Possess at least a Diploma in any Engineering / Technical Field.

· Preferably with at least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience

· Prior work experience in similar industry; or in technical support / technical customer service; or in handling / processing technical sales related to mechanical / hydraulics is highly desirable.

· Excellent in MS Office and knowledge in SAP will be advantageous.

· Meticulous and excellent follow up skills.

· Good customer service and communication skills.

· Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible to provide technical and engineering support and expertise advice to customers (both internal and external) on product / system selection, solutions and other applications knowledge.

· In-charge of new business venture for Green / Renewable Energy esp Hydrogen Refueling Station.

· Work with sales and project team to provide Customers with technical proposals / pre-sales, product demonstrations, technical solutions on product / system to offer.

· Understand the needs and requirements of product / system design improvement and innovation to capture business opportunities.

· Perform research and development to promote product / system innovation and development.

· Evaluate, handle and plan new product / system ideas.

· Identify and resolved solution application issues of Customers.

· Conduct necessary training / briefing to Customers or internal team.

· Other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior

Requirements :

· Minimum a Degree in Mechanical Engineering relevant.

· At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar industry with hydraulics background is advantageous.

· Good knowledge of using AutoCAD and Solidworks.

· Good command of English.
