Salary: £25,119 - £26,421 per annum (£12,559 - £13,210 per annum, pro rata)
Working Pattern: Part time, 18.5 hours per week, flexible working available, Working arrangements and delivery of core hours subject to agreement.
Contract: Fixed-term until 31/12/2024.
Location: County Hall, Chichester with hybrid working options.
Reporting to the WSFRS Senior Advisor Organisational Assurance and providing additional support to the wider OAG team, you will assist in the collection, coordination and analysis of management information required to support all WSFRS project, programme & project governance and documentation, and associated WSFRS governance processes.
You will assist in the planning, development, and provision of administrative support for a variety of events. You will be comfortable with working in pressured environments and will be able to sustain high levels of mental attention for the preparation of reports, agendas, writing minutes and attendance at meetings.

What we need from you:
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work and coordinate a variety of tasks to meet agreed deadlines.
- Ability to interpret complex information to produce a high-quality document with minimal guidance.
- Sound and accurate IT skills.
- Demonstrable experience of working as a competent member of a team, ideally in a project support role or equivalent.
