We are looking for an Account Specialist covering the industries of Financial Services & Insurance to be based in Bangsar South. This role will be reporting to the Head, Advertising & Partnerships.
At Advertising & Partnerships we are disrupting the online and offline advertising space by offering a full suite of high impact and visibility solutions within our ecosystem to help our non-restaurant partners reach out to over 15M registered customers across east and west Malaysia.
For this role, the candidate will work closely with banks, fintech companies, payment providers, card schemes, insurance and investment companies, and e-wallets. The goal is to drive growth and create value for both parties by increasing new customers, the number of transactions, transaction value, and overall market share through advertising campaigns and the sale of foodpanda vouchers to incentivize increased transactions.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts within the financial and insurance services sector (banks, fintech companies, payment providers, card schemes, insurance and investment companies, e-wallets…).
- Identify ways in which we can elevate partnerships and the revenue generated by each account, including expanding areas of collaboration via new products, solutions or initiatives.
- Move from ad-hoc campaigns to quarterly/yearly marketing sales plan with an investment commitment.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders from different departments within the company to plan and execute partnership campaigns
- Breakdown key data points from dashboards to build a business case to support sales and end of campaign reports (SQL skills is a plus)
- Work closely together with the BI, Campaign Management and Business Development teams and provide valuable insights on potential new partners and campaign optimization recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
