Role Overview

Responsible for end-to-end customs operations across the APAC region, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-efficient import and export clearance. Works closely with Trade Compliance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and regional partners to support smooth cross-border movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit import/export customs declarations (CI, PL, PO, HS Code, COO)
• Execute HS tariff classification and maintain customs/HS databases
• Track customs clearance and resolve inspections, holds, and documentation issues
• Manage processing trade (E-book) and bonded inventory activities
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents across APAC
