About ELLO
ELLO is a preventive intelligence platform for ageing at home - helping families and caregivers keep loved ones safe and independent.
We are going direct-to-consumer, and strong marketing is at the centre of that growth. We are building our D2C marketing engine from the ground up - and we need someone who can help us execute it with precision, creativity, and a sharp eye on what the numbers are telling us.
This is a full-time, permanent role working closely with our Marketing Strategist and one of ELLO’s earliest team members.
What You’ll Do
Execute and optimise ELLO’s social media presence across all key D2C channels - turning strategy into consistent, high-quality content that grows our audience and drives meaningful conversions.
This role is not just about posting content.
It is about understanding what works, testing relentlessly, and helping ELLO build a brand that earns trust and loyalty from the families and caregivers we serve.
Key Responsibilities
1.    SocialMedia Execution
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage day-to-day content publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn andYouTube Shorts
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned to our campaign strategy and key brand moments
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate with creatives to brief, gather, and publish content on time and on brand
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Actively manage community engagement - comments, DMs, replies - to build brand affinity
2.    PerformanceReporting & Analytics
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Track weekly performance across all channels: reach, impressions, CTR, engagement rate, follower growth
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Compile clear, concise reports and surface early signals - positive or negative
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Support analysis of CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and conversion data
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintaina living record of what content types, formats, and messaging are performing
3.    A/B Testing & Optimisation
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Run structured A/B tests on creatives, captions, CTAs, and posting times as directed
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Document results clearly and contribute to a shared test-and-learn log
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proactively flag optimisation opportunities based on data patterns
4.    Content& Creative Support
-       Write captions, craft hooks, and adapt messaging to each platform’s tone and format
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â SourceUGC, support influencer outreach coordination, and help manage creator relationships
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Stay ahead of platform and content trends - bring fresh, well-reasoned ideas to weekly planning sessions
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure brand consistency and quality across all published content
5.    Working with the team
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Attend regular syncs to align on priorities, campaigns, and content direction
-       Surface insights, ideas, and blockers proactively - don’t wait to be asked
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Take clear ownership of execution so team can focus on strategy and growth planning
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Be a reliable, creative partner who helps the team move faster and smarter
What You’re Accountable For
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Content calendar maintained and published on schedule, every week
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Weekly performance report delivered Management with clear insights and flags
-       Minimum2–3 structured A/B tests run per month, documented with findings
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Community engagement handled promptly and in brand voice
-       A measurable contribution to growing ELLO’s D2C audience and conversion metrics over the first 6–12 months
Ideal Profile
-       2–4years of hands-on experience in social media, digital, or content marketing
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Solid understanding of key metrics: engagement rate, CTR, reach, impressions, CAC, conversion rate
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok creator tools, or similar platforms
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong writing skills - can adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Comfortable with data: reading a dashboard, spotting a trend, flagging an anomaly
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented - a content calendar does not slip on your watch
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proactive communicator who flags issues early and brings solutions, not just problems
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Exposure to paid social (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads) is a strong plus
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â PriorD2C, e-commerce, or startup experience is a strong plus

By the end of the first 90 days:
-       ELLO’s content calendar is running smoothly with no missed deadlines
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â A clear test-and-learn rhythm is established, with documented findings informing content decisions
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Team has a reliable execution partner we can trust to own the channel without hand-holding
By the end of the first year:
-       ELLO’s social channels show measurable growth in engagement and follower count
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Content quality and performance data are informing wider D2C decisions
-       The role has expanded in scope and autonomy in line with the candidate’s proven impact
