Responsibilities

Cash Management & Group Financing

• Oversee day-to-day cash and manage treasury functions to ensure smooth group finance and trade operations, including cashflow positioning, loan drawdowns, FX exposure hedging, movement of funds, wire transfers, daily cash settlements, reconciliation of cash balances, exception investigations, issue resolution and account follow-up as required.
• Direct cash management and borrowing strategies, providing insight and recommendations to improve working capital and reducing cost of funding where possible.

Banking Relationship & Administration

• Evaluate bank services and fees; monitor bank performance and make recommendations for savings or added new services.
• Review bank account openings in Singapore and overseas countries, closings and authorized signers and manage the database of bank accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of treatments (facials, slimming, and hair removal) to professional standards.
• Recommend and introduce suitable treatment packages and products to support clients’ results.
• Provide treatment services at different outlets when additional staffing support is needed.
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering consistently high service standards.
• Train beauticians on treatment procedures, equipment use, and consultation skills. Mentor beauticians to support skills development and assessments, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Create and update SOPs, training manuals, and evaluation checklists to ensure consistent standards.
• Review new beauty technologies, products, and treatment methods for possible use in the business.
• Test and improve treatment techniques to help clients achieve good and consistent results.
• Work with management to design service packages that match customer needs and market demand.
• Support recruitment by screening candidates based on technical skills and service approach.

Duties and Roles

1. Use the beauty device to perform facial beautification.

2. Conduct skin analysis (including the face and body).

3. Manage appointment matters.

4. Warmly welcome customers.

5. Update customer records, add contact information and the treatments received.

6. Provide suggestions on cosmetic products and usage techniques based on each customer's specific needs.

7. Sell beauty products and additional care services when appropriate.

8. Ensure all areas are clean and tidy before use, and the equipment has been disinfected.

Job Description & Requirements

Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate activities with subcontractors in accordance of project schedules and contract requirements. Manage budget and expenditure of the project to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines. Manage resources required on site.

Manage workplace safety in accordance to safety and health regulations. 

Monitor quality of construction to ensure compliance with building control regulations.

Monitor the progress of construction to ensure it adheres to the project timeline. Negotiate with relevant parties to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Plan work schedules to ensure project plans are carried out as planned. Prepare reports to track the progress and cost of the project.

Supervise site labour force to ensure project operations comply with standards and regulations

What a Senior Manager, Impact Partnerships Asia Pacific Social Impact & Sustainability does at Visa:

As a key member of Visa’s Asia Pacific (AP) team, the Senior Manager will shape and advance the development and execution of the region’s SIS strategy, aligning with Visa’s 2030 business vision and market-specific priorities. This role will lead the development and execution of impact programs in AP and will be a critical connector who will support Visa Foundation in the execution of its strategy through strong market-level partner management and advising. Strategy Development & Execution
