Our primary development is in Rust, and you'll also work with and support C#/.NET components where appropriate.

We are leveraging Rust to maximize throughput and reliability, minimize memory usage, and ultimately reduce compute and memory costs across our AWS environment (including serverless workloads). WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in a formal enterprise-level development environment.

• Technical Skills:

o Strong expertise in Rust/ JAVA/ C# (async/await, concurrency, memory/ownership model, multi-threaded programming) and solid software design skills.

o Able to use C# and .NET Core to read, support, and contribute to .NET services where needed.

o Proven experience in building connected, service-oriented applications (e.g., REST/gRPC, microservices).

o 5+ years’ experience with enterprise messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS).
