. Clean, cut, and prepare seafood for customers
. Portion fish according to customer requests
· Ensure proper handling and storage of seafood
· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene (NEA standards)
. Assist in displaying seafood attractively
· Support operations during peak hours
. Reduce wastage through proper cutting techniques
